Terms
These Terms set out how the pandadefender.com website and its associated Telegram bot (together — the «Service») may be used. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
The Service is a personal project that provides access to VPN configurations and proxy servers for technical use. The Service is operated by a private individual (the «operator») and is not registered as a commercial entity.
The Service is provided «as is», without any express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation, absolute reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Registration and account
Registration is required to use the paid features of the Service. You can create an account using email/password or via quick sign-in with a Telegram account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your linked Telegram account secure.
- One person — one account. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions or obtain bonuses is not allowed.
- Minimum user age is 18, or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction. The Service involves payments and is not intended for minors.
3. Service description
Within the Service the following is available:
- VPN configurations on shared or dedicated servers, supporting WireGuard and AmneziaWG protocols;
- Multi-Hop connections — traffic routed through multiple nodes;
- Proxy servers (HTTP/SOCKS5/MTProto) — personal and shared IPs in dozens of countries;
- Additional features: IP rotation, renewal, referral bonuses, and more.
The exact set and parameters of services may change. The current list and prices are published on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
The Service is provided for lawful purposes — bypassing technical restrictions of public networks, improving connection privacy, technical research, accessing legally published content in other regions, and other legitimate uses.
It is not permitted to use the Service for:
- actions that violate the laws of your jurisdiction;
- unauthorised access to third-party information systems;
- distribution of malware, phishing, spam, or DDoS attacks;
- infringement of intellectual property rights (mass download/sharing of protected content);
- actions that harm minors;
- circumventing sanctions regimes, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities;
- mass messaging for commercial purposes without recipients' consent;
- any actions that violate the rules of partner platforms (Telegram, proxy providers, etc.).
Detailed rules are given in the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Payment and balance
Payments use a prepaid model via external payment providers. Once a payment is confirmed, funds are credited to your internal Service balance and can be spent on access to services.
- All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and may change. Price changes do not affect already-paid periods.
- The internal balance is a unit of account used to pay for services within the Service. It is not electronic money and is not a monetary obligation.
- The Service does not pay out the balance back as money, except as described in the Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refund conditions are described in detail in a separate document — the Refund Policy. In general:
- A refund is possible when the Service cannot deliver the service for reasons attributable to it (e.g., hardware failure or operational issues).
- No refund is given if the service was delivered properly but the user chose not to use it.
7. Suspension and termination
The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate provision of services in cases of:
- violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- abuse of technical capabilities (e.g., excessive load on the infrastructure);
- fraud attempts (chargebacks, use of stolen payment details);
- lawful requests from competent authorities.
If the Service is terminated for a violation, funds for the unused period are not refunded.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via support contacts.
8. Intellectual property
The logo, design, and texts on the website belong to the operator. Third-party names (WireGuard®, Telegram, AmneziaWG, etc.) are used solely for technical compatibility description and do not imply affiliation with the rights holders.
9. Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for:
- direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss;
- Service unavailability for reasons outside the operator's control (force majeure, ISP actions, government blocks, third-party infrastructure failures);
- the content of traffic transmitted via VPN/proxy — the user is solely responsible for their online actions;
- actions by third parties who gained unauthorised access to the user's account due to the user's own security lapses (weak password, sharing credentials, etc.).
The operator's total liability is in any case limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Changes to the Terms
The operator may amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
The relations between the parties are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. The parties undertake reasonable efforts to resolve disagreements out of court through correspondence via the Service's contact channels. If out-of-court settlement is not possible, disputes are to be resolved in the manner prescribed by law.
12. Contact
Any questions, claims, or requests regarding these Terms can be sent via the contact page or the Service's Telegram bot.
