Consequences of violation
If a violation is established, the Service is entitled to:
- Suspend access to the account without prior notice.
- Terminate provision of services and delete the account and all associated configurations.
- Withhold refunds for the unused period.
- Disclose information to competent authorities upon their lawful request.
- Block re-registration (by email, Telegram ID, IP, or payment details).
Complaints and requests
If you have been a victim of an offence involving our infrastructure (for example, received a phishing email from one of our server IPs), please report it via the contact page. Each request is handled individually; abusers are blocked.
The Service does not monitor user traffic content in real time. However, when justified complaints from third parties or lawful requests from competent authorities are received, an investigation is carried out and measures are taken.
