Acceptable use policy

Last updated: 2026-04-28

The Service is intended for lawful purposes — improving connection privacy, bypassing technical restrictions of public networks, accessing legal content, and other legitimate uses. These Rules define which actions are not permitted within the Service.

What is allowed

What is strictly prohibited

Violation of laws

Any actions that violate the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is a tool, and the user is fully responsible for how it is used.

Cyber-attacks and unauthorised access

Malware and phishing

Spam and communication abuse

Protected content and intellectual property

Using P2P/torrents is not banned per se, provided the content is distributed lawfully. However, P2P traffic may be technically restricted on some servers at the hosting providers' request.

Forbidden content

Financial offences

Abuse of infrastructure

Consequences of violation

If a violation is established, the Service is entitled to:

  1. Suspend access to the account without prior notice.
  2. Terminate provision of services and delete the account and all associated configurations.
  3. Withhold refunds for the unused period.
  4. Disclose information to competent authorities upon their lawful request.
  5. Block re-registration (by email, Telegram ID, IP, or payment details).

Complaints and requests

If you have been a victim of an offence involving our infrastructure (for example, received a phishing email from one of our server IPs), please report it via the contact page. Each request is handled individually; abusers are blocked.

The Service does not monitor user traffic content in real time. However, when justified complaints from third parties or lawful requests from competent authorities are received, an investigation is carried out and measures are taken.
